- Physical Passport is needed on the tour. (Military ID and ARC is also fine.)
Tour Cancellation Terms & Refund Conditions
- Tours canceled after 5pm on the day before your tour date are 100% non-refundable.
- To receive a full refund, tours should be canceled no later than 5pm on the day before your tour date.
- Itinerary changes may occur due to military events or bad weather, and no refunds will be given in these situations.
Payment Guide
- Payment can be made securely online via third party Payment Gateways. We do not store any credit card information on our website.
- Payment can also be arranged on the tour date by cash or credit card. Please note we will require a credit card to be on file in case of a no show.
- If you are paying the tour fee by a credit card issued in Korea, then an additional 10% tax will be applied.
- When issuing a tax bill for a company in Korea, an additional 10% tax will be applied.
